This Return & Refund Policy outlines the steps you need to follow in order to process a return, exchange, or refund for your purchase from our website. Customers may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
a. The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
b. All original tags and labels are still attached.
c. The item is in its original packaging.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, such as:
a. Custom-made or personalized items
b. Undergarments, swimwear, and other intimate apparel
c. Final sale or clearance items
d. Gift cards
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team and quote your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return your item(s).
c. Package the item(s) securely and include a copy of the original packing slip, along with the RAN provided by our customer service team.
d. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges for returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement item or issue a refund, as appropriate.
